If you are on windows XP go to start,Run,And type in cmd and hit enter.. A black prompt should come up. Then after you do that you can type in numerous commands.. Here are some and what they do.
Ping (website or ip address here) This will ping the site for 32 bytes of data and will make it lag a tiny bit.)
Ping (WEBSITE OR IP) -t -l 65500) This will ping a site until it completly go's down. (If you do it to this site my computer informs me and I have a 25x better way to counter it.)
shutdown -i(Remotley shutdowns a computer on the same network(REALLY FUN IN COMPUTERLAB!)
